Message The most common problem is a pinched o-ring or sometimes people forget to even put them in. :-( The o-ring is supposed to keep the fuel contained - so they are not going to get ruined just by the gasoline...they're used to it!

I don't think this is your problem at all actually. (pinched o-rings)

Unless you managed to pinch them ALL. It'd be more likely that you forgot to install them. Since it will seem to kick a few times, you've got spark or that couldn't happen. But still you should verify that your fuel pressure isn't dropping to zero quickly after you shut the cars ignition off.

And you should verfiy compression.

If your fuel pressure drops off quickly - you got a leak
If it doesn't, and you have compression, it's spark or maybe ECU.
You may need to double check spark too. Just to make sure you've really got it.
